Essentials Hoodies Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from delivery date to return most items

  • To qualify for return:
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All original tags and packaging must be included
    • No stains, odors, or damage present

  • Non-returnable items:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
    • Clearly marked “Final Sale” items

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at support@essentialzhoodies.shop within 30 days and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Product name and photos (if defective)

    • Reason for return

  2. Wait for instructions – we’ll email you within 2 business days with:

    • Return authorization number

    • Shipping address and any special instructions

  3. Ship your return using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for expensive items)

3. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return

  • Approval: You’ll receive email notification

  • Refund issued: Within 7 business days to original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You pay return shipping unless we made an error

  • Refunds may take 3-10 days to show in your account

4. Exchanges

  • For defective/damaged items: We’ll replace at no cost

  • For size/color changes: Return original item and place new order

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days:

6. Return Shipping
